Sometimes a neighbor needs help getting an overgrown yard cleaned up. Someone may be struggling with their irrigation system or rising water costs. A local family may simply need the kind of help our crews and equipment can provide.
Instead of making those decisions one conversation at a time, we are creating a community nomination process.
Tell us who could use a hand and what is going on. You do not need to know every detail. Give us enough information to understand the situation, and our community review group will take it from there.
Who Can You Nominate?
You can nominate:
- A neighbor
- A friend or family member
- Someone you know through a church or local organization
- Yourself
Requests may include help such as yard cleanup, irrigation needs, and other landscape-related situations.

Community Members Review The Requests
Every quarter, Wickenburg Landscape plans to bring together local community leaders to review nominations. Aaron has discussed involving people connected with the town, Chamber, senior services, local churches, and other community organizations.
The group will review the nominations and select projects based on the needs presented and the type of help available at that time.

Selected Nominees Are Contacted
If a nomination is selected, the Wickenburg Landscape office will reach out using the contact information submitted with the form.
Because the number and type of projects we can take on will change throughout the year, not every nomination can be selected.
You do not need to call the office to check your nomination status. If your submission is chosen for an upcoming project, our team will contact you.

Giving Back Through Smarter Water Use
Water is one of the biggest issues facing desert communities, and it will continue to be part of how Wickenburg Landscape gives back.
As our team upgrades irrigation customers to newer smart irrigation technology, working WiFi controllers can become available for community use.
Rather than letting usable equipment sit on a shelf, our goal is to install selected controllers for Wickenburg residents who could benefit from better irrigation management and help controlling their water use.
For selected recipients, Wickenburg Landscape plans to provide the controller, professional installation, and continued system support at no charge.
What We've Been Doing Around Wickenburg
Giving back is not a once-a-year project for our team. Aaron shared that WickenburgLandscape is
involved in some type of community project nearly every month.
We want this page to become a place where residents can see those projects, meet the organizations
involved, and follow what is happening around town.
Habitat For Humanity
Wickenburg Landscape has provided landscaping for local Habitat for Humanity homes for roughly 10 years, with another Habitat project coming up.
Our team plans to continue sharing photos, videos, and stories as new homes and projects are completed.
Wickenburg High School
Our team contributed to improvements at the entrance of Wickenburg High School.

Wickenburg Landscape has also been involved with other local organizations, community spaces, events, and sponsorships.

Giving Back Beyond Wickenburg
Aaron and his wife are also working toward creating a family foundation that would allow their giving efforts to grow beyond Wickenburg Landscape.
Later this year, they plan to participate in mission work in Mexico through Breakthrough Academy, followed by a church mission trip to Zambia. Aaron has also discussed a long-term goal of helping fund and develop water wells in communities where access to water is limited.
The future foundation would create a separate place for people who want to contribute financially or donate specific requested items for these trips.
That structure is still being developed, so Wickenburg Landscape is not accepting financial donations through this page at this time.
