March 8, 1981 seems so long ago but time flies when you're having fun. WLI was started by Bill Wolfe in the back of a Toyota Tercel. Looking back on our humble beginning we are very grateful to have made it this far. How Bill was able to start a landscaping company in a tiny car is still a funny story but over the years as we grew and built our reputation we established ourselves as one of the leading landscape companies in the area.
We are fully insured and have the capability to meet any insurance requirements you may have, licensed both commercial and residential, and bonded.
As a maintenance first company we pride ourselves on our ability to adapt to our client's needs and the desired outcome. We have designed our company with separate independent divisions for landscape maintenance, landscape install and service to be able to handle requests without taking assets from other projects.
We are committed to having the highest trained staff possible and as a result we have certified sustainable landscape management, as well as certified professional landscapers. As a local company we are available for emergencies 24/7, walk-throughs and meetings.

Meet Our Owner Aaron Wolfe
Aaron Wolfe is the second-generation owner of Wickenburg Landscape, a family-run landscape company serving our community for over 45 years. With more than 30 years of full-time experience in the industry, Aaron has grown the company from a local operation into a thriving business with 38 employees and immense community impact. Today, he leads with the same family-first values his parents instilled in him—principles that continue to guide every aspect of the company, from employee care to customer relationships.
Aaron believes in doing the basics extraordinarily well. His emphasis on punctuality, clear communication, and professionalism is matched by a deep commitment to client relationships—many of which span decades. Wickenburg Landscape’s “Client for Life” approach reflects this philosophy, emphasizing trust, service, and ongoing care long after a project is completed.
A certified paver instructor for over 14 years, Aaron is a respected advocate in the landscaping industry. He frequently mentors others and speaks on best practices in sales, branding, and photography. His passion for excellence extends to meticulous project documentation and photography, helping Wickenburg Landscape stand out visually and professionally.

Kathryn designs outdoor spaces that balance beauty and function and manages the company’s social media presence to share stories of teamwork and craftsmanship. Outside of the office, she enjoys travel, family time, and being outside — passions that mirror her love for landscape design.

Spencer has devoted nearly 15 years to Wickenburg Landscape, starting on the maintenance crew and rising to General Manager. He now focuses on sales and homeowner communication, helping clients enhance their outdoor spaces. Though his role has grown, he still enjoys hands-on work like pruning trees and being in the field. Outside of work, Spencer values outdoor adventures with his family — motorcycling, hiking, and camping — and loves teaching his son how to ride. His personal connection to the outdoors naturally complements his work in landscaping.
